STEWART...HOUSTON AND BENTON COUNTIES MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT
35 TO 40 MPH. RAINFALL RATES IN THIS AREA ARE FROM ONE QUARTER TO ONE
HALF INCH PER HOUR. RAINFALL IN OTHER AREAS IS MINIMAL. EXPECT
SHOWERS TO INCREASE IN COVERAGE THIS AFTERNOON...PARTICULARLY OVER
THE WEST. THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO LIKELY...MAINLY LATE THIS AFTERNOON
AND THIS EVENING.
