**Tropical Storm Warning No Longer In Effect**

NEW INFORMATION

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 240 miles south-southeast of Intracoastal City LA or
      about 220 miles south of Morgan City LA
    - 26.5N 91.1W
    - Storm Intensity 35 mph
    - Movement North-northeast or 15 degrees at 14 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

The track of the potential tropical cyclone has shifted some to
the east. This system is expected to be lopsided with a majority
of the impacts off to east of the track of the low center.
Therefore, the tropical storm warnings have been cancelled. Some
stray rain bands may affect south central Louisiana with locally
1 to 2 inches of rainfall through Saturday. Also, Tide levels will
be 1 to 2 feet above normal along the south-central Louisiana
coastline into Saturday.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS

* FLOODING RAIN:
Additional impacts from flooding rain are still a concern across
across South Central Louisiana. Remain well guarded against locally
hazardous flood waters having further impacts of limited potential.

Elsewhere across Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas, little to
no impact is anticipated.

* SURGE:
Little to no additional surge impacts expected.

Elsewhere across Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas, little to
no impact is anticipated.

* WIND:
Little to no additional wind impacts expected.

Elsewhere across Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas, little to
no impact is anticipated.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS

Remain alert for any rain bands that may develop through Saturday
that could produce locally heavy rainfall and minor street flooding.
