* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 170 miles west-southwest of Atlanta GA or about 150 miles
      west-southwest of Rome GA
    - 33.1N 87.3W
    - Storm Intensity 35 mph
    - Movement North-northeast or 30 degrees at 24 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Nate has now weakened to a Tropical Depression, resulting in the
cancellation of all Tropical Storm Warnings across the area. There
remains a low threat of flooding and tornadoes for the next several
hours as well as low end wind gusts. A Wind Advisory and Flash Flood
Watch are in effect for portions of north Georgia.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* WIND:
Little to no additional wind impacts expected.


* FLOODING RAIN:
Additional impacts from flooding resulting from high rainfall and
resulting runoff are still a concern across north Georgia, generally
north of a line from Carrollton to Canton to Homer. Remain alert to
changing conditions in your area, and new warnings and advisories
indicating heavy rainfall and flooding.

* TORNADOES:
Additional impacts from tornadoes are still a concern across NORTH AND
CENTRAL GEORGIA. Remain alert to changing conditions, particularly in
bands of convection as Tropical Depression Nate continues to impact the
area.
