    - About 80 miles north of Fort Myers FL
    - 27.8N 81.7W
    - Storm Intensity 35 mph
    - Movement East-northeast or 70 degrees at 12 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW

Emily has been downgraded to a Tropical Depression and is moving
inland, with little additional impacts expected for West-Central and
Southwest Florida, outside of ongoing river flooding.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS

Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time across
West Central and Southwest Florida.

* SURGE:
Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time across
West Central and Southwest Florida.
