SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

TROPICAL STORM COLIN IS MOVING RAPIDLY OFF THE GEORGIA COAST EARLY
THIS MORNING AND WILL QUICKLY MOVE UP THE CAROLINA COAST TODAY. AS
COLIN SHIFTS NORTHEASTWARD UP THE COAST...THE RAINFALL WILL SLOWLY
SHIFT OFF THE COAST WITH UP TO 1 INCH OF ADDITIONAL RAIN POSSIBLE.

A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS AND ROUGH SURF WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE
NORTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA COAST TODAY.

AN ISOLATED TORNADO IS STILL POSSIBLE THIS MORNING MAINLY ALONG THE
IMMEDIATE COAST THIS MORNING.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS

* WIND:
ON THE CURRENT TRACK ONLY GUSTY WINDS ARE ANTICIPATED ALONG
THE BEACHES OF SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA AND NORTHEAST SOUTH
CAROLINA, LITTLE TO NO IMPACT IS ANTICIPATED.

* FLOODING RAIN:
LITTLE TO NO IMPACTS ARE ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME
ACROSS SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA AND NORTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA.
