THEIR COASTAL WATERS. TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR

ISLANDS. TYPHOON CONDITIONS...INCLUDING WINDS OF 74 MPH OR MORE...

NANGKA IS MOVING WEST-NORTHWEST AT 12 MPH WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED
WINDS OF 145 MPH.

NANGKA REMAINS A STRONG CATEGORY 4 TYPHOON. TYPHOON NANGKA IS
EXPECTED TO REMAIN NEAR THIS INTENSITY AS IT PASSES THROUGH THE
MARIANAS.

THE LATEST FORECAST SHOWS THAT DAMAGING WINDS OF 39 MPH OR MORE
ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS TINIAN AND SAIPAN THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING
AS NANGKA PASSES TO THE NORTH.

WINDS WILL BECOME RELATIVELY CALM AND VARIABLE AS THE EYE PASSES

QUICKLY RISING TO TYPHOON FORCE AGAIN. TYPHOON FORCE WINDS WILL

FORCE AND SHIFT TO THE EAST. LATER THIS EVENING...TYPHOON FORCE
