LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.8N...LONGITUDE 145.6E...OR ABOUT
60 MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF HAGATNA GUAM...OR ABOUT 100 MILES
SOUTH OF GARAPAN SAIPAN AND 35 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ROTA. STORM MOTION
WAS WEST. STORM INTENSITY WAS 65 MPH.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
AS TROPICAL STORM HALONG CONTINUES TO MOVE THROUGH THE MARIANAS...
RADAR AND SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOW THE STRONGEST CONDITIONS ARE OCCURRING
ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE CIRCULATION. WIND AND WAVES WILL CONTINUE
TO INCREASE AFTER THE CLOSEST POINT OF APPROACH TO THE ISLANDS.
EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL ALSO CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING IN POOR
DRAINAGE AND HIGHLY URBANIZED AREAS.
