THUNDERSTORMS. THIS SYSTEM IS MERGING WITH A FRONTAL SYSTEM AS IT
MOVES NORTHEASTWARD OVER COLDER WATER...AND SUBTROPICAL OR TROPICAL
CYCLONE FORMATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED.  THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW
