MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/H...AND A TURN
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AND NORTH-NORTHEAST WITH INCREASING FORWARD
SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 70 MPH...110
