86W. BROAD SURFACE ANTICYCLONIC FLOW COVERS THE AREA. A SURFACE
RIDGE EXTENDS FROM A 1023 MB HIGH PRESSURE CENTER THAT IS NEAR
32N74W TO THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS NEAR 24N75W TO THE SOUTH CENTRAL
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

THE CARIBBEAN SEA...
DEEP LAYER CYCLONIC FLOW COVERS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN TO THE WEST
OF A 32N36W 26N33W 8N35W UPPER LEVEL RIDGE. THE CYCLONIC FLOW
PUSHES RIGHT UP AGAINST THE CARIBBEAN SEA BASIN. A TROUGH ON
WATER VAPOR IMAGERY PASSES THROUGH 26N58W TO THE MONA PASSAGE.
THE SOUTHWESTERNMOST POINT OF A DISSIPATING STATIONARY FRONT
TOUCHES THE ISLAND OF DOMINICA IN THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN SEA.
