.AT 700 AM CDT...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM FAY WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 29.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 85.3 WEST OR OVER THE FLORIDA
PANHANDLE ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PANAMA CITY FLORIDA.

FAY IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 7 MPH...AND THIS GENERAL
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 TO 48 HOURS. ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...FAY WILL BE NEAR OR OVER THE GULF COAST OF THE
WESTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE TODAY AND TONIGHT...AND NEAR OR OVER
THE GULF COAST OF MISSISSIPPI AND ALABAMA ON SUNDAY.
