.AT 800 PM EDT...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM FAY WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 29.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 81.2 WEST. THIS IS ABOUT 196
MILES SOUTH OF SAVANNAH...AND 259 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF
CHARLESTON.

FAY IS DRIFTING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 2 MPH. FAY IS FORECAST TO
MOVE WESTWARD OR WEST NORTHWESTWARD WITH SOME INCREASE IN FORWARD
SPEED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER
OF FAY IS EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN FLORIDA

45 MPH WITHIN SQUALLS. INLAND AWAY FROM THE COAST...WINDS WERE 15
