BY DOPPLER RADAR NEAR LATITUDE 16.3 DEGREES NORTH AND LONGITUDE
144.7 DEGREES EAST. THIS IS ABOUT
                    105 MILES NORTHWEST OF SAIPAN
                    110 MILES NORTHWEST OF TINIAN
                    155 MILES NORTH-NORTHWEST OF ROTA
                    195 MILES NORTH OF GUAM
                    125 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ALAMAGAN
                    145 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF PAGAN
