...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Davidson and Williamson.

* WHEN...Until 1115 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 513 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Franklin and areas near downtown, Berrys Chapel, Fieldstone
    Farms, Smyrna, Little Harpeth River including Brentwood, Owls
    Creek including areas near Governors Club, Mill Creek
    including Nolensville and Cane Ridge, Forest Hills, Oak Hill,
    Antioch, Saw Mill Creek and Donelson Creek in Franklin, and
    Fulton Creek and areas near Grassland Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
