Note: The following changes have no impact on NOAA Weather Wire
Service Subscribers.

The last upper air sounding conducted by the Radiosonde
Replacement System (RRS) at the Weather Forecast Office Nashville,
TN occurred with the 00Z Wednesday 23 MAR 2022 launch. Beginning
with the 12Z Wednesday 23 MAR 2022 launch (this morning),
soundings are being conducted using the GRAW Manual Radiosonde
Observing System (MROS) which uses the DFM-17 radiosonde.

The header for Nashville, TN KOHX (Station ID 72327) has not
changed with the introduction of MROS. The official header of the
Nashville Office will continue to be used for transmission of
official products.
