...The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Harpeth River Near Kingston Springs affecting Cheatham County.

For the Harpeth River...including Kingston Springs, Bellevue,
Franklin, Franklin...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO TOMORROW
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Harpeth River Near Kingston Springs.

* WHEN...From early this morning to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Flooding of the Kingston Springs City Park
  begins and water approaches Pinnacle Hill Road and East Kingstons
  Springs Road. Several secondary roads near the river become
  impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 16.8 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.7
    feet this evening.
  - Action stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
