...The Flood Advisory is extended for the following rivers in
Tennessee...

  Duck River Near Shelbyville affecting Bedford and Marshall
  Counties.

For the Duck River...including Manchester, Shelbyville, Pottsville,
Milltown, Columbia, Centerville, Hurricane Mills...elevated river
levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 700 PM CST.

...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Duck River Near Shelbyville.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Areas along the river from Normandy Dam to
  near Henry Horton State Park begin to be flooded, including
  agricultural land and access points. In Shelbyville, water begins
  to approach properties adjacent to the river on S Cannon Blvd
  between the Hwy 64-Lewis Ave junction and the bridge, and
  Fisherman's Park and River Bottom Park are both flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 AM CST Thursday the stage was 20.9 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.1
    feet this morning.
  - Action stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
