  Jackson County in middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Macon County in middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Overton County in middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Pickett County in middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Putnam County in middle Tennessee...
  Smith County in middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Wilson County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 220 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
  fallen with additional rainfall expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Carthage, Celina, Gainesboro, Baxter, Gordonsville, Red Boiling
  Springs, South Carthage, Whitleyville, Granville, Cummins Falls
  State Park, Moss, Pleasant Shade, Standing Stone State Park, Dixon
  Springs, Dale Hollow Lake and Tuckers Crossroads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
