...Flood Watch Through Noon Today...

.A slow moving cold front will bring an extended period of rain
to the area through this morning, adding an additional inch or so
to the watch area. Isolated flooding is very possible given the
amount of rain the mid-state has experienced over the past week.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

The Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following areas,
  Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Cumberland, De Kalb, Fentress, Giles,
  Grundy, Lawrence, Lewis, Marshall, Maury, Overton, Putnam,
  Rutherford, Van Buren, Warren, Wayne, White, and Williamson.

* Until noon CST today

* For additional rainfall, around 1 inch or more this morning.

* Localized flooding is likely, and fast-rising creeks and
  streams may overflow their banks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
