  Harpeth River Below Franklin affecting Williamson County

. The Harpeth River Below Franklin will remain above action stage today. The river may fall below action stage early Friday, but additional expected rainfall will likely cause the river to rise again over the enxt few days.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Harpeth River Below Franklin
* Until Friday morning.
* At 7 AM Thursday the stage was 23.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* At 22.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying areas along the banks,
  including the nursery at Hillsboro Road and Fulton Green Lane.
