the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Harpeth River Below Franklin affecting Williamson County

. Heavy rainfall Tuesday night and Wednesday has contributed to additional rises on Middle Tennessee rivers and streams. The Harpeth River below Franklin has risen above action stage and continues to rise.

  The Harpeth River Below Franklin
* At 09PM Wednesday the stage was 22.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* At 22.0 feet...Water begins to inundate low lying areas along the banks,
  including the nursery at Hillsboro Road and Fulton Green Lane.
