the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Duck River At Shelbyville affecting Bedford County

. Heavy rainfall Tuesday night and Wednesday has contributed to additional rises on Middle Tennessee rivers and streams. The Duck River at Shelbyville has risen above action stage and continues to rise.
