. Richland Creek above Pulaski has begun to fall but remains above action
stage due to the heavy rainfall on Sunday.

* At 09PM Monday the stage was 17.9 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 12.6 feet by Wednesday morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
