. The Red River at Port Royal has dropped below action stage and will
continue to fall. Therefore, the flood advisory has been cancelled.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* At 08PM Monday the stage was 25.0 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
