.The Buffalo River continues to fall quickly this morning and will fall
below action stage shortly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Buffalo River Near Lobelville
* At 4AM Sunday the stage was 10.1 feet.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will fall below 10 feet shortly, then continue to fall to near 7.8
  feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 10.0 feet...Water inundates low lying areas and agricultural land along the
  river.
