. The Elk River has fallen below action stage and will continue to fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for
  The Elk River Near Prospect
* At 10 PM Saturday the stage was 21.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 16.8 feet by Monday morning.
* At 19.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the TWRA boat launch parking area near
  the Hargrove - Johnson bridge on Veto Rd. The boat ramp is completely
  submerged at this level and may be unusable.
