...The flood warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski AFFECTING Giles County

. The flood warning at Richland Creek above Pulaski has been replaced with a flood advisory. The water level on Richland Creek will continue to fall through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid flooded areas along the river...And move personal belongings to higher
ground. Never drive through flooded roads as the depth of water may be too great
to pass...Even in trucks or sport utility vehicles. If you come across a flooded
road...Turn around don't drown.

* At 08AM Friday the stage was 18.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* At 20.0 feet...Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken Creek Rd and the
  Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be subject to closure
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
