.Richland Creek above Pulaski will remain above action stage today. It will
continue to fall to near 16 feet by Saturday morning.

* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 15.6 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land occurs along the river.
