The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Sumner County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Wilson County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 906 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Doppler radar estimates over one inch of rain has already fallen
  for much of the area with another 1 to 2 inches possible before 11
  AM CDT.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Gallatin, Lebanon, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Goodlettsville,
  Millersville, Belinda City and Cottontown.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 225 and 232.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
