Temperatures in the lower to middle 90s and high humidity will
make it feel like the upper 90s and lower 100s across the area
this afternoon. Those outdoors today should take extra precautions
to protect against heat illness. When possible, reschedule
strenuous activities to the early morning or evening hours. Wear
light weight and loose fitting clothing and drink plenty of
water. Take frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned
environments.
