...Dangerous Wind Chills Return...

.Another cold air blast will move into the region tonight. Wind
chill values will drop to dangerous levels late tonight into early
Thursday morning.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM
CST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills will
  cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
  Expect wind chills to range from 5 above zero to 5 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of Middle Tennessee.

* WHEN...Midnight to 9 AM Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dress in layers and minimize exposed skin.
  Make sure children have hats and gloves as they go to school.
  Bring pets indoors and check on neighbors, elderly, and the
  homeless.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
