The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
South Central Marshall County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 1245 AM CDT.

* At 947 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to an area
of showers with an embedded thunderstorm or two within it across
south central portions of Marshall County. This will cause urban
and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Doppler radar
estimates up to two inches of rain have already fallen in
southwestern portions of the county within the last hour. This
trend could continue as this area of showers with an embedded
thunderstorm or two within it continues to move slowly
  northeastward.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lewisburg, Cornersville, Belfast and Farmington.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 27 and 35.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
