The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Jackson County in Middle Tennessee...
  Central Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 330 PM CDT

* At 137 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms continuing to move across the area. Radar estimates
  1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen in the past hour across northern
  Putnam County. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Rapid river rises are also possible on Blackburn Fork Creek and at
  Cummins Falls State Park.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Algood, Baxter, Cookeville, and Cummins Falls State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
