...Light Snowfall Likely Thursday Afternoon through Friday
Morning...

As a reinforcing shot of Arctic air moves through the area, some
light snow will be likely. Counties bordering Kentucky will see
the onset of light snow showers around noon Thursday while
counties along the Alabama border may not see snow until the early
evening hours. Snow chances will end north to south Thursday
evening although snow showers could linger into Friday morning
for the southern counties.

For southwestern, south central, and far western areas of Middle
Tennessee, a dusting of snowfall is possible with some minor
travel impacts. A few slick overpasses and backroads can be
expected.

Across the remainder of Middle Tennessee, please refer to the
winter weather advisory information.
