.WINTRY WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING AS AN UPPER TROUGH
PASSES. SNOWFALL WILL OCCUR THROUGH MIDDAY WHERE ANYWHERE FROM 1
TO 2 INCHES NORTH TO A TRACE SOUTH IS EXPECTED. STRONG WINDS WILL
CONTINUE AS WELL AND MAY LEAD TO SOME PROBLEMS WITH BLOWING AND
