THE MID STATE...WITH ROADS IN MANY AREAS BECOMING HAZARDOUS DUE
ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION OF SNOW AND ICE FROM FREEZING DRIZZLE.

WINTRY WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING AS AN UPPER TROUGH
PASSES. SNOWFALL WILL OCCUR THROUGH MIDDAY WHERE ANYWHERE FROM
