WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...TO MOVE ACROSS NORTHWESTERN MIDDLE
TENNESSEE. THESE RAINS WILL FALL ON GROUNDS THAT ARE STILL QUITE
WET FROM THE RAINS THAT FELL LAST WEEK. THEREFORE...ANY
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN WILL PRODUCE THE LIKELIHOOD FOR PONDING OF
WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS. YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT A FLASH FLOOD
WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA...AND LISTEN TO A RELIABLE SOURCE
OF WEATHER INFORMATION FOR ANY FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS THAT MIGHT BE
ISSUED FOR YOUR AREA. THIS WATCH WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE
NEXT SEVERAL DAYS...IN ANTICIPATION OF ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF HEAVY
