STORMS. AVERAGE HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE BETWEEN A TENTH TO
A QUARTER OF AN INCH...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS UP TO THREE
QUARTERS OF AN INCH POSSIBLE. MOVEMENT IS TO THE EAST AROUND 20
MPH.
