OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU. SOME OF THE STORMS WILL BE STRONG, WITH
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. CELL MOVEMENT IS TOWARD
THE NORTHEAST AROUND 15 MILES AN HOUR.
