THROUGH 9 PM...A SCATTERED AREA OF RAIN SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OUT OF SOUTHERN
KENTUCKY INTO NORTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE.  BOWLING GREEN KENTUCKY
JUST REPORTED THUNDERSTORMS WITH WINDS GUSTING AROUND 40 MILES AN
HOUR. THE STRONGER STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST 20 TO 25
MILES AN HOUR.  IN THE STRONGER STORMS HOURLY RAINFALL RATES WILL
AVERAGE BETWEEN ONE HALF TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH. THIS WILL
PRODUCE PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS AND ROADWAYS.
