**NICOLE WEAKENS TO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION**

NEW INFORMATION

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 20 miles north of Tallahassee
    - 30.7N 84.3W
    - Storm Intensity 35 mph
    - Movement Northwest or 320 degrees at 15 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

At 10 pm EST, Nicole had weakened to a Tropical Depression. All
tropical storm warnings have ended, both over land and marine areas.

The only new concern will be for minor coastal flooding from the
Ochlockonee River to the mouth of the Suwannee River during the
upcoming high tide between 2 and 3 AM EST. At that time, normally dry
ground near the shoreline could experience 2 to 3 feet of inundation.


POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* SURGE:
Little to no additional surge impacts expected. Minor coastal flooding
is expected east of the Ochlockonee River during the early morning high
tide cycle.

Elsewhere across eastern Florida panhandle, Florida Big Bend,
southeastern Alabama and southwestern Georgia, little to no impact is
anticipated.

* WIND:
Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time across
eastern Florida panhandle, Florida Big Bend, southeastern Alabama and
southwestern Georgia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS

* OTHER PREPAREDNESS INFORMATION:

If using a generator, avoid carbon monoxide poisoning by following
instructions provided by the manufacturer. Operate your generator in
a well-ventilated space outside of your living area and away from
open doors and windows.
