latitude 28.5 North, longitude 52.9 West. The remnants are moving
toward the north-northwest near 15 mph (24 km/h) and this motion is
expected to continue through tonight.
Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1012 mb (29.89 inches).
