**THREAT FOR ISOLATED HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUES INTO THIS AFTERNOON**

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 130 miles northwest of Leesburg FL
    - 29.9N 83.6W
    - Storm Intensity 65 mph
    - Movement North or 360 degrees at 14 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

A Flood Watch continues for Lake, Seminole, Orange, Osceola and
inland Volusia Counties through 4 PM this afternoon. Feeder bands
from Tropical Storm Elsa will linger across the central and southern
Florida peninsula into this afternoon. Additional heavy showers and
thunderstorms are expected to develop along these feeder bands, with
heavy rainfall possible in isolated areas. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
inches are possible in areas underneath these bands, and could be up
to 4 to 6 inches in isolated spots if multiple rounds of heavy rain
occurs.

While the risk is very low, an isolated tornado remains possible
through this afternoon.


POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* FLOODING RAIN:
Additional impacts from flooding rain are still a concern across East
Central Florida. Remain well guarded against locally hazardous flood
waters having further impacts of limited potential.

* TORNADOES:
Little to no impacts are anticipated at this time across East Central
Florida.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
----------------------------------

Be alert for potential flooding and heed any flood warnings.

Be alert for flooded roads. Do not drive through places where flood
waters cover the road. Turn around, don't drown!

Have multiple ways to receive Tornado Warnings if issued. Consider
nearby shelter options as you move about. Be ready to shelter quickly.
