* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - The Tropical Storm Warning has been cancelled for Monroe Middle
      Keys

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Monroe Lower Keys

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 120 miles northwest of Key West FL
    - 25.8N 83.0W
    - Storm Intensity 70 mph
    - Movement North or 350 degrees at 10 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

At 500 PM EDT, Tropical Storm Elsa continues to move north away from
the Florida Keys. Tropical storm force gusts will be winding down over
the Lower Keys in the next few hours. Motorists should be mindful of
downed branches, and puddles containing a mix of salt and rainwater.
Winds and seas will diminish overnight, with a return to near normal
rain and thunder chances on Wednesday.

Service in Key West FL around 12 AM EDT, or sooner if conditions
