For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on newly-formed
Tropical Storm Fay, located about 70 miles northeast of Cape
Hatteras, North Carolina.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next five
days.

WTNT31 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT1.
