**ISAIAS FORECAST TO MAKE LANDFALL IN THE CAROLINAS TONIGHT AS A HURRICANE**

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 80 miles east-northeast of Jacksonville FL or about 80
      miles east-southeast of Brunswick GA
    - 30.7N 80.1W
    - Storm Intensity 70 mph
    - Movement North or 360 degrees at 13 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Tropical Storm Isaias was 80 miles east northeast of Jacksonville,
FL this morning, and the Tropical Storm will move towards the
Carolinas this afternoon and tonight. A few bands of showers will
impact the coastline through the afternoon, but winds will remain
below Tropical Storm force. Thus, the Tropical Storm Warnings were
cancelled for all land areas.

Additional rainfall up to 1 inch is possible. Significant beach
erosion is possible for some of the area beaches. Life-threatening
rip currents and building rough seas are expected today and swimming
is strongly discouraged at area beaches.

Over the coastal waters, dangerous marine conditions will continue
through this evening.
