**DORIAN CONTINUES TO MOVE AWAY...ALL TROPICAL STORM AND STORM
SURGE WARNINGS IN FLORIDA AND GEORGIA ARE CANCELED**

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 140 miles northeast of Jacksonville FL or about 120 miles
      east-northeast of Brunswick GA
    - 31.7N 79.5W
    - Storm Intensity 115 mph
    - Movement North or 10 degrees at 8 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Though it remains a powerful storm, Hurricane Dorian is moving
farther away from our area. For that reason, all tropical storm and
storm surge warnings have been canceled in northeast Florida and
southeast Georgia. A hurricane warning does remain in some of the
coastal Atlantic waters, but conditions should be gradually
improving across all area waters this morning. Nearly all of
northeast Florida has seen rains come to an end, and this will
expand into Georgia this morning. Winds may still be a bit breezy
and gusty today, but should gradually diminish by evening.

In the storm's wake, rough conditions will persist today at the
Atlantic beaches. Additionally, the northerly winds are expected to
keep coastal flooding as an issue near the St. John's River. Be sure
to exercise caution in these areas - it is likely a poor idea to go
near the water again today, in spite of the improved weather.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS
-----------------

* SURGE:
Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time
across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. Flooding near
the St. John's River may still occur with the northerly winds,
particularly near times of high tide.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
----------------------------------

* EVACUATIONS:
Do not enter evacuated areas until officials have
given the all clear to return.

* OTHER PREPAREDNESS INFORMATION:

Check on your neighbors. If necessary, help them connect with their
points of contact.

Problems with sewer backups can further contaminate standing flood
waters. Keep children away from flood waters. Also, listen for boil
water alerts as tap water may have become non-potable.

Be alert for potential flooding near rivers and streams where
flooding may persist. Remain informed of the latest river forecasts
and heed any flood watches and warnings.

Be alert for flooded roads which could be compromised or littered
with debris.
