For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
formed Subtropical Storm Rebekah located in the north Atlantic a
little more than 700 miles west of the Azores.

Tropical storm formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

Public Advisories on Subtropical Storm Rebekah are issued under WMO
header WTNT34 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPATEP4.
Forecast/Advisories are issued under WMO header WTNT24 KNHC and
under AWIPS header MIATCMAT4.
