The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Subtropical
Storm Oscar, located over the central Atlantic Ocean.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

and under AWIPS header MIATCPAT1.  Forecast/Advisories on Oscar are
