AT 7 AM CHST...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM YUTU WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 11.1N...LONGITUDE 152.3E...OR ABOUT 520 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST
OF SAIPAN, TINIAN AND ROTA, AND ABOUT 535 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF
GUAM. STORM MOTION WAS WNW AT 14 MPH WITH MAX WINDS OF 70 MPH.

THE CURRENT TRACK BRINGS YUTU INTO THE MARIANAS...PASSING NEAR SAIPAN
AS A 125 MPH CAT 3 TYPHOON EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. SLIGHT CHANGES TO
